One of the most important duties of the VdC Board of Directors is to preserve and improve the attributes of our beautiful subdivision.
VdC's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has three very important responsibilities.
Lot Owner property values are affected by every property in the subdivision. This places a mutual responsibility on all VdC Lot Owners to maintain their property and follow the simple rules and regulations in VdC’s Covenants, Conditions, Reservations and Restrictions (CCR&Rs), VdC's Rules & Regulations (R&Rs) and VdC's ARC Construction Rules and Procedures.
Note that VdC governing documents can be viewed and downloaded. All Lot Owners have access to VdC’s governing documents by going to VdC’s public website (www.vistdelcerro.org), INFORMATION > DOCUMENTS where CCR&Rs, R&Rs, ARC forms and directions and Fees and Fines information can be viewed, downloaded and printed. Adobe Reader software is required, which can be downloaded free at www.adobe.com/products/reader
